For standard products the delivery time is between 2 and 8 working days.
The delivery time for special solutions will be determined individually, depending on the project.

How do you ship? / Do you deliver yourselves?

We ship using all established express delivery services and globally operating forwarding companies.

What guarantee does Flatlift offer?

Flatlift offers a guarantee of up to 10 years for products that are carried out by Flatlift-trained company personnel. Electrical components such as drives, controls and special construction systems and special add-ons are subject to the statutory warranty of 2 years.

How and where does Flatlift produce?

Our products are manufactured in Germany according to upmarket standards, and meet most global guidelines.

Does my TV set fit onto Flatlift products?

All available flat-screens meeting the VESA standard are suitable for Flatlift products. Only sets by Bang & Olufsen and by Loewe require special mounting systems, which we have in stock.

What noise level does a Flatlift product develop?

Thanks to internal noise insulation, our products are almost soundless and also don’t generate any structure-borne noise or resonance in partition walls, ceilings, and furniture.
